What to include
The most useful requests describe the outcome, the pressure, what runs today, and any constraints. We are not looking for a perfect specification, only enough context to make the 60 minutes useful.

- What the product or engineering effort needs to make possible for the business.
- Product pressure
- The integration, security review, reliability problem, or rebuild, and the date attached to it.
- Current team
- Who builds and runs it today, and where it gets stuck.
- Decision process
- Who can approve the contract and what needs to happen before a partnership can start.
- Constraints
- Whether patient data is involved, and whether any contract or law restricts where data is stored or who may access it.
