1. Free 60-minute review
A working session with our technical lead about what the health system or your customers are asking for, what is breaking, and what a sensible next step is. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
2. Diagnostic
A paid, fixed-scope review of your product, data flows, infrastructure, and the requirements you face. It ends with a written plan, the architecture decisions that matter and their trade-offs, a list of gaps ranked by risk, and a fixed quote for the work. You keep the plan whether or not you hire us. A monthly agreement to monitor, support, and improve the system, with response times by severity written into the agreement. US-based staff cover the US day and our engineers in Armenia cover the US night. How production operations work.
Who we work with
Our lead focus is US digital-health companies that sell to health systems, provider groups, or payers and need integration, a security review, or reliable operations. We also take re-platform and rescue work for software companies in other industries.
What we do not do
- We do not place engineers into your team or bill by headcount.

- We do not start work we cannot scope. If the diagnostic shows we are the wrong fit, we say so.
