How do you price your work?
At a fixed price for defined scope. Operations agreements cover a defined set of systems and response times. We do not bill by headcount.
Where is Cyber Labs Solutions based?
Cyber Labs Solutions, LLC is a US company in San Diego, California. It has US-based staff, and most engineers are contractors in Armenia whose hours cover the US night.
How long has the team worked together?
Since 2018. The core team built the Myia Health remote-care platform from 2018, worked as Cyber Labs in Yerevan from 2020 to 2025, and formed the US company in 2026.
Can you work with protected health information?
Yes. Our US company signs business associate agreements; we use no PHI in development, work in client-owned environments, and offer US-only access to PHI for clients that require it.
Do you have SOC 2 or HITRUST?
Not today. We work inside your environment under your controls and answer your security questionnaire with the practices on our Trust page.
Who owns the code?
You do. We work in your repositories and accounts and hand over credentials and documentation at the end of an engagement.
Do you use AI tools to write code?
Yes, under approved terms, and no PHI or client secrets are sent to them. AI makes writing code faster; we stay accountable for what runs in production.
